U-18 Yaş Kategorisi Kadın Basketbolcuların Çeviklik ve Yön Değiştirme Yetilerine Klasik Kuvvet Antrenman Uygulamalarının Etkisinin İncelenmesi

Özet

Bu araştırmanın amacı; U-18 yaş kategorisi kadın basketbolcuların çeviklik ve yön değiştirme yetilerine klasik kuvvet antrenman uygulamalarının etkisinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmada deney grubu (n=12; klasik kuvvet &basketbol teknik, taktik antrenman) yaş ortalamaları 17,52 ± 0,5 yıl ve  boy uzunluğu 178,5 ± 5,03 cm  iken kontrol grubunun (n=13; kontrol grubu - basketbol teknik,taktik antrenman) yaş ortalamaları 17,5 ± 0,51 yıl ve  boy uzunluğu 171,4 ± 6,13 cm’dir.On haftalık süreçte ilk ve son haftalarda “25 metre V (cut) kat yön değiştirme süreleri, illinois çeviklik süreleri, 1 maksimum tekrar (MT) bench press (göğüs pres) testi, inverted row testi, 1 MT leg press (bacak pres) testi ve 1 MT shoulder press (omuz pres) testi” değerleri tespit edilmiştir. İlk 2 haftalık süreçte deney grubu anatomik adaptasyon evresinin tamamladıktan sonra 3. haftadan itibaren mikro siklusta 3 gün (Pazartesi, Çarşamba, Cuma) sekiz hafta boyunca klasik kuvvet antrenman modeli uygulamışlardır. Deney ve kontrol grubundaki katılımcılar basketbol kombine teknik, taktik ve şutun yer aldığı branşa özgü antrenmanları on hafta boyunca mikro siklusta 3 gün (Salı, Perşembe, Cumartesi) uygulatılan programda yer almışlardır. Veriler Mann Whitney-U ile değerlendirilmiştir. Grupların kendi içinde son test değerleri karşılaştırıldığında vücut ağırlığı (kg), 1 MT bench press (kg), inverted row (adet), 1 MT leg press (kg), 1 MT shoulder press (kg), 25 m V (cut) yön değiştirme süreleri (sn, ss) ve illinois çeviklik (sn, ss) son test değerleri deney grubu lehine anlamlı farklılık tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak; klasik kuvvet antrenmanlarının yön değiştirme süreleri, çeviklik süresi ve bazı kuvvet paramtrelerine pozitif yönde katkı sağladığı görülmektedir.
